Taraweeh Plans for Ramadan 1442
Assalamu Alaikum and Ramadan Mubarak!
The ICORPA mosque will be open for taraweeh for this coming Ramadan! Sheikh Mohamed Elmehy will lead a full juz, 8 raka't taraweeh every night. The first taraweeh will begin after isha prayer on Monday night (4/12/2021), in-sha-Allah!
We will be taking following precautions, everyone attending must abide by these guidelines:
The number of attendees will be limited to 80 men in the Mosque area and 10 women in the school house every night, so that social distancing can be observed. Masjid carpet is marked appropriately.
It will be first come, first allowed inside! After we reach capacity, we will lock the doors. As always, we request your co-operation as it may be that people get there after the doors are locked and they may not be able to get inside any given night.
If the doors are locked, please turn back and go home! Don't pray or socialize outside the masjid.
Due to limited capacity, please do not bring children under 12 years old.
You are required to wear a face mask at all times and bring your own personal prayer rug and water bottle.
If you feel sick, have a cough, runny nose or have a temperature above 100, please stay home.
Sanitizer will be available on men’s and women’s side - use them when entering the masjid!
Observe social distancing inside the masjid.
We will be taking measures to disinfect high touch areas before and after each taraweeh. Please cooperate with the volunteers who are helping out. May this special month bring peace and God blessings for the entire ummah, protection from diseases and every evil that brings harm. Ameen!
